Where do I get the order form?
Download it here: order form (Excel). You can also find it on our How to Order page. The form is for existing customers. If you have ordered badges from us before, we already have your artwork on file.
I’m a new customer. How do I order?
Welcome! Please get in touch through our Contact Us page with your logo and an idea of the badge you’d like. We’ll prepare a design for you to approve and keep it on file, so future orders are quick and easy.
Do I need a login to order?
No. You can email your completed order form to sales@boylesbadges.com.au. With a login you can also see your own badges, order them directly and view your past orders.
I forgot to attach my order form. What do I do?
Reply to your order confirmation email with the form attached, or email it to sales@boylesbadges.com.au with your order number. We’ll match it to your order.
Can I still edit my badge online?
Online badge editing is currently switched off. Send us your names and titles on the order form and we’ll set up the artwork for you. We send your artwork back with your order acknowledgement so you can check it.
How do I get a login?
Call us on 07 3300 0144 or email sales@boylesbadges.com.au and we’ll set one up for you.
Magnet or pin?
Magnets don’t leave holes in clothing and are the most popular choice. Pins suit thicker fabrics and lanyards. Magnetic fittings are not recommended for people with a pacemaker or other implanted medical device.
Will my domed badge discolour?
Our domed badges have a clear resin dome that is made to resist UV and stays clear in normal everyday wear. Like all resins and plastics, though, long periods in strong, direct sunlight (for example being left on a car dashboard or a sunny windowsill) can slowly turn the dome slightly yellow and fade the print underneath. To keep your badge looking its best, store it out of direct sunlight when you’re not wearing it, and clean it with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid solvents and abrasive cleaners.
Is there a minimum order?
No. We’re happy to make a single badge.
How long will my order take?
Most orders are made within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your order form, plus postage time. Need it urgently? Call us.
What if a name or title is very long?
We fit the text to your badge design. If a name or title is too long to fit neatly, we’ll contact you before printing.
How is my order delivered?
We send all orders by Australia Post. Postage and handling is added to your invoice.
How do I pay?
We send an invoice with your order. You can pay by bank transfer, or by credit card using the secure online payment link on your invoice.
Can I change my design or logo?
Yes. Email us your new logo or changes and we’ll update your design and send it to you to approve.
