How to Order

Every order starts with our order form. It has one row per badge, so we can make every name exactly right.

Please note: this order form is for existing customers. If you have ordered badges from us before, we already have your artwork on file. New customer? Please get in touch through our Contact Us page and we’ll help you set up your design.

Step 1: Fill in the order form

  • Enter your school or organisation name and your contact details at the top.
  • Add one row per badge: Name, Title / Role, Badge Design/Note (if you have more than one design, or anything we should know) and Fitting (magnet or pin).
  • Leave Title blank for a name-only badge. Leave Name blank for a title-only badge, such as "Library Monitor".
  • Save the file.

Step 2: Send it to us, whichever way suits you

Option A: Order online (if you have a login)

Benefits of ordering through your online account: when you log in, each of your products displays a preview of your badge template, so you can confirm you are selecting the correct design before placing your order. Please note that the templates are view-only for the time being.

  1. Log in and open Store.
  2. Choose your badge and enter the quantity. This should match the number of badges on your order form.
  3. Click Add to Basket, open the basket and click Checkout.
  4. Under Attachments, click Attach and choose your completed order form.
  5. Fill in your order number and date required, tick the terms and click Confirm.

Please remember to attach your order form. We can't make your badges without the names.

Option B: Email it to us (no login needed)

Prefer not to log in? Simply email your completed order form to sales@boylesbadges.com.au. We'll reply to confirm your order.

New customer or new design?

New customers, please contact us through our Contact Us page with your logo and an idea of the badge you’d like. We’ll prepare a design for you to approve and keep it on file for future orders. Existing customers needing a new design or logo change can email sales@boylesbadges.com.au.
